This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Technician at GLGteam in Petah Tikva Israel. The IT Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, offering IT services, assisting customers, and conducting training sessions.

Responsibilities:

Provide support for Office 365 applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows laptops, including Outlook.

Perform hardware support for computers, monitors, printers, and scanners.

Assist with general IT troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Basic understanding of scripting – an advantage.

Requirements:

About 2 years of experience in Help Desk/IT support.

Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team.

Familiarity with Windows systems and Microsoft applications.

Fast learner with a passion for IT.

Fluent in English – must.
