G-Med is the world’s largest online physician community, connecting over 1.5 million doctors from 160+ countries. Our platform enables physicians to collaborate, discuss complex medical cases, and stay updated on the latest medical advancements.

We are looking for a Growth and Engagement Manager to drive user acquisition, activation, and engagement within our global physician network. This role is perfect for someone passionate about community building, digital marketing, and user experience in the healthcare space.

As a Growth and Engagement Manager, you will:

✅ Drive user growth – develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new physicians to our platform.

✅ Increase user engagement – design campaigns that encourage active participation in discussions, case sharing, and content interaction.

✅ Optimize onboarding processes – ensure new users integrate seamlessly into the G-Med community, maximizing retention.

✅ Leverage data-driven insights – track key metrics (sign-ups, engagement rates, retention) to refine growth strategies.

✅ Collaborate with medical influencers & KOLs – partner with top physicians to amplify community engagement and peer-to-peer interaction.

✅ Develop and manage digital campaigns – use email, social media, and targeted outreach to grow the physician base.

🎯 2+ years of experience in marketing, community management, or user acquisition, preferably in healthcare, digital platforms, or tech.

🎯 Native-level English proficiency – strong communication and copywriting skills.

🎯 Experience with data analytics tools

🎯 Ability to create digital campaigns across email, social media, and content marketing.

🎯 Bonus: Familiarity with the healthcare sector and physician communities.
