Head of Digital Sales Operations

Zap Group, Israel’s leading digital and consumer media group, is looking for a senior leader to take charge of our B2B digital sales operations. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the VP, with full ownership of a business unit's P&L, revenue growth, and profitability.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in digital marketing and proven success in managing complex sales organizations, who’s ready to lead the next phase of our growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a high-performing B2B digital sales organization, including field sales managers and teams.
• Own and grow a strategic business unit – full P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, revenue targets, and profitability.
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies to drive significant growth in the SMB and professional services sector (doctors, lawyers, etc.).
• Guide and inspire sales managers and reps – hiring, training, motivating, and driving performance.
• Oversee the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing – and implement scalable sales processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and data teams to deliver smart, performance-driven advertising solutions.
• Monitor business performance, analyze data, and continuously improve processes and KPIs.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in digital media/advertising sales – must.
• Strong command of digital marketing and paid advertising tools.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a business unit with direct impact on company revenues.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on operational skills and a data-driven approach.
• Experience selling to SMBs or professional service providers – major advantage.
• Track record of building and scaling sales teams, including leading managers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Valid driver's license – required.
