Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of talented developers
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements
• Ensure high-quality code and scalable architecture
• Drive innovation and stay updated on industry trends
Requirements:
- • Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader in software development
- • 4years of experience with JavaScript and Node.js
- • Strong understanding of web development best practices
- • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- • Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies
- • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- • BSc in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
