Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a fast-growing AdTech company. This is a high-impact executive role for a strategic leader who will oversee the company's financial health while playing a key role in driving business growth, user monetization, and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong economic and analytical background, preferably from a Big 4 consulting firm, with a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, product analytics, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's financial strategy, planning, and risk analysis.
• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
• Manage pricing, taxation, risk assessment, and legal financial aspects.
• Supervise the business analytics team, ensuring insights into market trends, user behavior, and product performance.
• Partner with Product and Growth teams to drive user monetization strategies, customer LTV optimization, and CAC efficiency.
• Lead Mergers & Acquisitions processes, due diligence, and investment management.
• Report directly to the CEO, serve as a key executive team member, and collaborate with the Board of Directors.
• Manage operational workflows, optimize business processes, and implement efficient operational systems.
• Identify and analyze market trends and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
• Oversee taxation processes, compliance, and optimization strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Make critical operational decisions that balance financial stability with user growth and revenue generation opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven ability to lead and execute financial and business strategies.
• Strong business acumen, with experience in data analytics, user behavior insights, and business intelligence.
• Previous experience in B2C - AdTech, Gaming, Cybersecurity, or Web-based businesses is an advantage.
• Track record of working cross-functionally to implement monetization strategies and optimize financial outcomes tied to user metrics.

Management & Structure:

• Manage the Finance team and Data & BI teams with a focus on business intelligence, market/user analysis, monetization strategies, and strategic financial planning.
