Spanish-Speaking Customer Engagement Specialist (Remote)

We’re looking for a high-energy, organized, and people-focused Spanish-speaking Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals who sign up via our client's lead forms—your mission is to follow up, answer questions, and guide them toward joining our paid subscription program.

You’ll communicate mainly through SMS and occasionally phone calls, using your enthusiasm, clarity, and care to build trust and motivate potential subscribers. No formal experience is required—but you must be reliable, a great communicator, and quick to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to new leads via SMS promptly and warmly
• Answer questions about the subscription program with clarity and professionalism
• Make occasional follow-up calls when needed
• Use our CRM to track conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes
• Work alongside the team to improve follow-up strategies
• Keep organized and consistent communication logs

Requirements:

• Fluent Spanish speaker (written and spoken)
• Energetic, positive, and engaging communication style
• Organized and consistent with task tracking and follow-ups
• Comfortable using basic online tools and CRM systems (we’ll train you!)
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Location: Remote or on-site (offices in Mevesseret Zion)

Hours: Est. 4 to 5 hours per day
