Job Description:

CyberShield360 is looking for a SecOps & IT Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Sentinel and security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and optimizing SIEM/SOAR solutions, automating security processes, and handling escalated incidents in hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Microsoft Sentinel Deployment & Maintenance – Configure and manage SIEM solutions for new and existing customers.

· Security Automation & Playbooks – Develop Azure Logic Apps and Function Apps to enhance automated response capabilities.

· Threat Detection & Incident Response – Investigate and resolve Tier 2+ security incidents, collaborating with the SOC team.

· Hybrid Security Operations – Support security in Azure, on-premises Active Directory, GPO, Windows Server, and network environments.

· SIEM Rule & Dashboard Development – Create and refine custom detection rules, queries (KQL), and dashboards.

· Collaboration & Documentation – Work with analysts, IT teams, and customers to improve security operations and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Proven experience with Microsoft Sentinel or similar SIEM/SOAR platforms.

· Strong understanding of Azure security services, Active Directory (on-prem & hybrid), GPO, and network security.

· Experience in incident response and security event analysis.

· Hands-on experience with log sources, data connectors, and security analytics.

· Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) – preferred.

· Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, threat intelligence integration, and automation frameworks.

· Security certifications such as SC-200 (Microsoft Security Operations Analyst), AZ-500 (Azure Security Engineer), or equivalent – preferred.
