Head of Affiliate Partnerships

Your Mission

• Lead the creation and rapid scaling of enso’s partnerships department.
• Manage and build a team of cold outreach managers to close deals on scale.
• This department is poised to become our top growth engine — and you’re the one responsible for making it happen, fast.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Hire, manage, and lead a remote team of freelancers, virtual assistants, closers, and support staff.
• Source high-growth affiliate opportunities.
• Design and operate a high-performing affiliate partnerships pipeline — from sourcing to activation.
• Scale quickly. This isn’t a slow build — it’s a fast ramp-up.
• Set and monitor KPIs across every stage of the funnel.
• Build solid SOPs, systems, and dashboards so your team runs like clockwork.
• Own results. Optimize constantly. Keep performance high and costs low.
• Collaborate with the founders and growth team to refine targeting, offers, and messaging.

• Experience building and scaling teams from scratch — not just inheriting them.
• A strong mix of operator, builder, and optimizer.
• Exceptional organizational skills — you thrive in structure, not chaos.
• Experience managing remote freelancers, VAs, or global teams.
• Outcome-focused, fast-paced, and highly adaptable.
• Great sales skills!
• Passion for startups. You move fast, iterate faster, and scale what works.

• Experience running or building affiliate or partner programs.
• Background in B2B, SaaS, outbound sales systems, or community-driven partnerships.
• Comfortable working with sales data, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Track record of building teams that scale efficiently without burnout.
