Full Stack Engineer

The Role

We are seeking multiple skilled Full Stack Engineer to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our product. In this role, you will work across both frontend and backend systems, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, scalable experiences for users. This position requires hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance backend and frontend systems
• Work on full-stack features, ensuring smooth integration between frontend interfaces and backend logic
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences
• Participate in technology and architecture discussions, contributing to best practices and technical decisions
• Help optimize system performance and scalability to support business growth
• Ensure the implementation of security best practices in line with compliance standards
• Engage in Agile development methodologies, working closely with cross-functional teams

We are looking for…

• Passionate, driven individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach
• Fluency in English
• 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in full-stack development
• Proficiency in Python. Experience with additional modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Ruby, Java, Go, Rust) is a plus
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and building scalable infrastructure
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and the ability to design efficient data models
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
