The role

This is a senior role for a talented, ambitious, entrepreneur-at-heart UA manager.

As the first UA pro in the company, you'll fully own both the strategy and execution of our paid efforts, building the paid acquisition function from the ground up.

You'll report to the VP marketing, and work closely with company leadership, creative, and BI, to build a world-class performance function, and slay pipe generation & costs.

Main responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, identify opportunities, and optimize UA efforts across different channels, namely Social Media, to generate qualified leads and pipe
• Analyze and continually optimize campaigns to reduce CPQL and improve ROI
• Adapt quickly to changes in online marketing and intoruce new technologies and methodologies
• Work closely with Creative, Ops, and BI to bring your ideas to life
• Set up and maintain an ongoing schedule of experiments - a constant process of ideation, implementation, and optimization
• Utilize internal analytics, experiments, and landing page tools to optimize marketing campaigns

Required

• 4+ years of online advertising experience, including social acquisition
• Number-oriented with analytical skills, comfortable with large sets of data and numbers
• A creative mind to brainstorm and segment the best performance video iterations
• Always on the lookout for new opportunities that challenge current efforts
• Self-starter. You're the PPC owner, a-z
