Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.
Identify customer needs and recommend the best products or solutions to meet their requirements.
Upsell and cross-sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills And Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus!
Ability to provide outstanding customer service, even in challenging situations.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
