System Engineer

A Defense Company in Central Israel is Seeking a System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact with clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into accurate system specifications
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and define system requirements accordingly
• Manage and oversee subcontractor relationships and contractual agreements
• Lead and guide a team of engineers while ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Develop solutions to complex engineering challenges and lead Design Review sessions
• Coordinate acceptance and delivery processes with all relevant stakeholders
• Provide regular progress updates to project and engineering managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Computer, or Software Engineering (or equivalent relevant experience)
• At least 3 years of experience in a System Engineer or similar role
• Full proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Previous experience in the defense industry, aerospace systems, C4I or C2 systems – significant advantage
