Sales Operations Coordinator – Hybrid Ramat Gan

The Rapaport Group, is a leading provider of information and services to the global diamond and jewelry industry. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Operations Group Leader, the Sales Operations Coordinator will provide administrative, and operations support to the advertising and subscriptions sales teams.

Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the smooth technical and logistical operation of our subscriptions and advertising sales teams.

This is a full-time position working hybrid from our offices in Ramat Gan.

Responsibilities:

CRM management and admin support

• Manage CRM structures to align with Sales processes
• Assist in CRM administration in support of sales team goals
  
  

Sales Process Optimization

• Manage sales process and automation pipelines.
• Serve as a project manager for process updates and new development
  
  

Client Communications & Deliverables

• Manage Deliverables and Operational Client Communications
• Maintain Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain clear documentation for sales processes.
• Provide reporting on key metrics for sales and management consumption
  
  

Tracking of inventory and deliverables

• Management of deliverable contracts
• Project management of product delivery where required
  
  

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – required
• 1+ year of experience in a sales operations or project management role
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• An independent and proactive approach to tackling both strategic and everyday tasks
• Solid interpersonal skills, a team player
• Results-driven and highly accountable attitude
• High-level MS Office skills. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, vlookup, advanced formulas). - an advantage
• Familiarity with Salesforce – an advantage
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or Google Ad Manager – an advantage
• Bachelor’s Degree – an advantage
