What's Guardio?

Guardio is a B2C cybersecurity startup offering security and privacy solutions directly to consumers - regular people, not corporate companies. We develop products you’d want for yourself, your parents, family, and friends. Our goal is to protect real people from cyber problems and crime. We’re extending out offer to SMBs, so this will be an additional interesting domain to dive into.

We try and avoid buzzwords, but sometimes those keywords are necessary: we help our customers avoid and combat the modern world’s security threats, like phishing, financial scams, malware, browser hijacking, identity theft, data leaks, and a whole lot more.

Guardio is a relatively small company (we just passed 90 people), on a rapid growth path, and we’re looking for a Product Leader to join our team. We already have well over a million registered customers and plenty of new products and features in the pipeline.

So, what's the job?

We are looking for a Head of Product to join us, lead our Product team, and report to the VP of Product.

You will:

• Own and evolve the product roadmap in alignment with the company goals and user needs.
• Lead, mentor and grow the existing product team of 4 PMs, including a Product Lead.
• Drive key features as well as ongoing improvements to increase critical KPIs: MAU, user retention, satisfaction, and thus revenue.
• Work cross-functionally with Design, Development, and Data to deliver outstanding product and security value to our growing customer base.
• Implement best-in-class product practices to continuously drive quality, innovation, and scalability.

Sounds great! Am I the right fit?

Well, our guess is you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 in a managerial role, managing Product Managers.
• Technical background as well as B2C or SMB experience - a must.
• Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), hands-on work with analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel or similar), and MVP development.
• Proven success in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Background in Security is a plus, but not required.
