We simplify global trade by providing an intuitive, technology-driven platform that transforms shipping from a burden into a business advantage.

This role is at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success—ensuring that SMBs understand how Ship4wd can streamline their global logistics, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

We are looking for a hands-on CFO to join our leadership team and take charge of the company’s financial strategy and operations. As CFO, you will play a critical role in managing financial planning, budgeting, and ensuring the company’s financial health as we scale. You will also lead and manage the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with growth objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Prepare financial reports, board presentations and appearance.
• Manage the finance team, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.
• Oversee accounting, tax compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Optimize financial processes, controls, and reporting systems.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, legal advisors, and financial institutions.
• Oversee employee equity plans, compensation structures, and financial incentives.

Requirements

• 3+ of senior financial leadership experience (CFO / VP Finance), preferably in a startup.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing and scaling a finance team.
• Experience with ERP/BI financial systems – preferable
• Deep understanding of financial regulations, tax, and compliance globally.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
