As a Backend-Oriented Team Lead at Appsforce, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and enhancing the backbone of our applications. Your contributions will directly impact our global clientele, ensuring they receive cutting-edge solutions tailored to their needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a development team
• Plan and oversee sprints and development tasks
• Work closely with Product Managers and Designers
• Drive backend development and system architecture
• Take part in DevOps and cloud-related initiatives
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• 2–3 years of leadership or team management experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Python
• Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Azure or AWS
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
