Regional Manager

Job Description:

• Market Expansion:

-Responsible for Pudo's market research and analysis in the assigned region, identifying potential partners and customers.

-Develop and execute market expansion plans to drive market penetration and business growth of Pudo services.

-Establish good cooperative relationship with various merchants and platforms to enhance the influence of Pudo brand.

• Project Management:

-Responsible for the implementation and management of Pudo service projects to ensure on-time completion of project goals.

• Operation Optimization:

-Monitor Pudo operation data, analyze user feedback and market dynamics, identify problems and propose improvement solutions.

-Develop and optimize operational processes to improve service efficiency and user satisfaction.

• Customer Service:

-Establish customer service system, solve problems encountered by customers in the process of using Pudo, and improve customer experience.

-Collect customer comments and suggestions, and regularly feedback to the product team to provide support for product iteration.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in logistics, marketing, management or other related majors.
• above 2 years of operation or market development experience, courier or logistics industry background is preferred.
• Familiar with market analysis methodology, good data analysis skills and able to write reports independently.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, team player.
• Strong project management skills, able to effectively coordinate resources and drive execution.
• Proficient in using Office software, especially Excel and PPT.
