This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer, based in Tel Aviv District, Israel with some work-from-home flexibility. The Chief Financial Officer will oversee financial activities, manage financial planning and analysis, prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure adherence to financial reporting standards. The role will also involve strategic financial decision-making and developing financial policies to enhance the company’s financial health and growth.

• Experience in Financial Planning, Finance, and Financial Statements
• Strong Analytical Skills and a proven ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and compliance with regulatory standards
• Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPA, CFA certification, or a relevant advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in the crypto market or fintech industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
