Director of Operations

Description

This is not a back-office role. This is the operational command center of the CEO’s vision.

You will work directly with the CEO and executive team to:

• Ensure that what we say gets done – gets done.
• Build systems and rituals of execution.
• Drive operational rhythm, speed, and clarity across teams.
• Track deliverables, remove blockers, and hold everyone (gently but firmly) accountable.
  
  

• Own company-wide execution processes: task tracking, cross-team initiatives, and operational dashboards.
• Monitor and support execution of key initiatives (e.g. AI adoption, blitz content, sales playbooks).
• Ensure leadership meetings result in clear action items with deadlines – and follow-up happens.
• Collaborate with team leads to align weekly and monthly priorities.
• Manage our internal operating system: Asana/Notion/Trello – or help define it.
• Identify gaps between plans and actuals, and proactively surface issues.
• Support internal communications and alignment on goals and KPIs.
• Work hand-in-hand with the CEO to amplify his strategic intent inside the organization.
  
  

• Key initiatives are executed on time and with high quality.
• Managers are working with AI tools (because you made sure it happened).
• The CEO spends less time chasing people – and more time driving vision.
• The organization runs faster, clearer, and with better coordination.
  
  

• 4+ years of relevant experience in operations, product delivery, Chief of Staff, or execution roles.
• Experience in fast-paced tech companies (fintech, SaaS, B2B, product-led, or similar).
• A master of clarity: You cut through noise, structure information, and make things happen.
• Tech-savvy: You understand product teams, data logic, and digital workflows.
• Smart executor: You don't wait for perfect instructions – you move, you follow up, you close loops.
• Emotionally intelligent: You know how to follow up without creating friction.
• Obsessed with momentum, timelines, action, and output.
  
  

• Background in fintech, B2B SaaS, risk, or FX-related industries.
• Experience implementing AI tools across teams.
• Experience scaling startups from early to growth stage.
