This is a full-time hybrid role located in Be'er Sheva, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and providing sales forecasts. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing and product development teams to align sales activities with overall company strategy.
- Sales management, sales strategy, and team leadership skills
- Client relationship management, business development, and market analysis skills
- Experience in providing sales forecasts and monitoring market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare or audiology industry is a plus
