Groups Meetings & Events Executive

The Hilton Tel Aviv, a leading luxury hotel located on the Tel Aviv beachfront, is seeking a talented and motivated Events and Groups Representative to join our Events and Groups department team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of private and corporate event sales, planning, and coordination, as well as the planning and coordination of groups and their room bookings, while providing personalized and high-quality service to our guests.
Job Description:
* Manage the sales process for private events (such as weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, birthdays, etc.).
* Comprehensive planning and coordination of corporate events (such as conferences, seminars, launches, etc.) from the proposal stage to flawless execution.
* Planning and coordinating group accommodations, including selling room nights, ancillary services, and logistical coordination.
* Creating customized price proposals for clients.
* Negotiating with clients and suppliers.
* Collaborating with various hotel departments (such as kitchen, housekeeping, front office, etc.) to coordinate events and groups.
* Following up on payment processing and closing accounts.
* Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire process.
* Identifying new business opportunities and developing client relationships.
* Updating and tracking data in relevant information systems.
Job Requirements:
* Previous experience in the hotel or events industry - significant advantage.
* High proficiency in both English and Hebrew - mandatory.
* Good technical skills in working with computer software (MS Office).
* Familiarity with the Fidelio Opera system - advantage.
* Familiarity with the Delphi FDC system - advantage.
