Employee Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time Employee Coordinator. This position is based at our headquarters in Tziporit.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes in accordance with Alpha Omega’s recruitment procedures
• Participate in job fairs and manage a well-organized candidate database
• Support employee welfare activities as planned in the HR budget, and address employee requests regarding benefits and other matters
• Assist in organizing company-wide trainings and onboarding programs
• Help ensure employees comply with working hour registration systems
• Support HR-related tasks aligned with Alpha Omega’s mission, vision, and values
• Perform various HR administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to gather and analyze data and present it clearly
• Proficient in time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Data-driven mindset and comfort using software tools to improve HR functions
• High-level English – written and spoken
