What You Will Do

• Lead and Inspire: Build and manage a top-notch engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Drive Strategy: Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Ensure Technical Excellence: Oversee architecture decisions, maintain system performance, and champion modern development practices.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Design, and GTM teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Establish metrics and KPIs to track progress and optimize performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with the leadership team, sharing insights and progress regularly.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and/or DevOps, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing R&D and DevOps teams.
• Proven experience scaling engineering teams and delivering complex, high-impact technical projects.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, including CI/CD, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Hands-on background in software development, with proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Deep understanding of scalable system architecture and modern development practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, drive clarity, and support teams in high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for building developer-first platforms.
• Experience working in Agile, product-led organizations with a strong emphasis on developer experience and velocity.
