We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead and oversee the company’s financial operations. This role involves full ownership of financial management, including budgeting, cash flow, taxation, and global payroll. The Director of Finance will be responsible for optimizing financial processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving strategic financial initiatives in a fast-paced, international tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Cashflow management – ensuring financial stability and liquidity.
• Purchasing & Payments – overseeing vendor payments and optimizing procurement processes.
• Salaries & Payroll – managing global payroll operations with full control over salary structures.
• Processing Gateways & Banking – handling direct connections with banks and payment providers
• Working closely with the company’s CPA – ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting – leading budget process and financial planning.
• Taxes & VAT Optimization – ensuring regulatory compliance and cost efficiency.
• Revenue Optimization – identifying financial opportunities for growth.
• Ownership of financial regulations – including transfer pricing strategies and Preferred enterprise benefits.
  
  

• 4-6 years of experience in financial leadership roles within an international tech Company.
• Proven experience in a company with 100+ employees.
• Strong management experience with the ability to lead and develop a finance team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA/MBA is a plus).
• Highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and strategic thinker who takes initiative.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
