A leading global industrial company is looking for a Senior Production Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with production and operational goals according to regulations and company procedures.
- Manage a large workforce of approximately 100 employees and managers.
- Lead the operations in accordance with GMP conditions and procedures.
--- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field – an advantage.
- Technical education as an engineer/technician is also possible.
- Experience in a significant production management role – mandatory!
- Experience with GMP processes, production processes, and compliance with internal and external audits – an advantage.
- Proficiency in English.
