Technical Recruiter

A fast-growing tech company with offices in Tel Aviv and Chicago is looking for a Tech Recruiter passionate about building outstanding products with an exceptional, collaborative team.

The Role:

We’re looking for a driven and personable Tech Recruiter to help us scale by hiring top-tier technical talent. You'll work closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams in a dynamic, international, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and internal tools.
• Conduct interviews and assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide feedback.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to define hiring needs.
• Support employer branding efforts.
• Work with international teams and ensure alignment with company culture.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in tech recruitment (high-tech/startups).
• High-level fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Proven ability to source candidates for both technical fit and culture.
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in a global work environment – an advantage.
