Project Management Officer (PMO)

We are seeking a Project Management Officer to join our dynamic team!

This role involves leading the execution of complex technological projects within the IT domain of our SCExpert platform. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined timeframes, budgets, and scopes, while ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, effectively manage resources, and maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders. Key responsibilities encompass defining clear project goals, proactively managing risks, and ensuring strict adherence to project management best practices.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of proven experience as a Project Management Officer, managing complex IT projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, including experience in matrix management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or Agile) – an advantage.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
