About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Backend Engineer specializing in Kubernetes to join our team. In this role, youʼll be instrumental in building the backbone of groundbreaking platform. Working alongside a high-performing team of innovators, youʼll design and implement systems that empower organizations to optimize infrastructure, minimize costs, and unlock transformative possibilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement core platform components in Go
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Kubernetes Operators and Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs)
• Design and implement robust backend APIs and controllers for Kubernetes integrations
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define features and deliver customer-focused solutions
• Ensure code quality, reliability, and scalability of Kubernetes-based backend services
• Participate in architectural and design reviews to enhance product quality and maintainability

Qualifications

4+ years of backend software engineering experience, including significant work with Kubernetes.

Required Skills

• Proven experience developing Kubernetes Operators, Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs), and controllers
• Proficient in Go programming language or similar
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes APIs, controllers, and lifecycle management
• A collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in early-stage startups or building products from the ground up. A drive to push boundaries and deliver a game-changing product.
