What will you do:

• Be responsible for all aspects of software development team leadership – from technologies, security, scalability and reliability, to processes and people development.
• Work as a hands-on lead developer between 50%-80% of your time.
• Drive technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in an agile, production-critical environment.
• Help accelerate our growth and global expansion through leading, growing, mentoring and managing your mission-critical team of talented engineers.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in managing backend or agile teams.
• Be an excellent full-stack C# developer with proven experience in developing and shipping high-performance scalable production server applications for at least 4+ years
• Be an excellent technical leader and collaborator, capable of building and maintaining relationships within the team and the department.
• Proven proficiency in C#, including .NET Core, SQL and Non-SQL databases.
• Experience with AWS cloud platform.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., Angular) is a plus.
