Operations Excellence Project Manager
We're looking for an outstanding Operations Excellence Project Manager to join a significant and impactful role that supports the company’s business goals.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead cross-organizational processes end-to-end
- Review and implement process improvements to drive performance
- Develop new work routines and define system requirements
- Plan and manage complex projects using methodologies like Lean, PMBOK, TOC
- Analyze data and manage engineering models to support decision-making
- Promote a culture of operational excellence across the organization
- Collaborate with senior leadership and various stakeholders
- B.Sc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent – required
- 7+ years of experience in managing OPEX/organization and methods projects in large organizations – required
- Experience with operational excellence methodologies – must
- Consulting firm experience – advantage
- SAP ERP experience – advantage
- Strong leadership, analytical and process-oriented thinking, and great interpersonal skills
