Supply Chain Manager

One of our clients, a dynamic and rapidly growing global start-up, is looking to hire an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their innovative team.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, strategic, and hands-on supply chain leader who will oversee the entire production flow—from raw material procurement through to final delivery. You’ll take ownership of the company's logistics operations, work closely with key suppliers, and drive continuous improvement in purchasing and supply chain processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance strategic oversight with day-to-day operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of the supply chain, from procurement to delivery.
• Lead supplier relationships, including contract manufacturing and turnkey assemblies.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure performance, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Build long-term partnerships with vendors in electronics, PCB manufacturing, and assembly.
• Conduct risk management for supply contracts.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure alignment with company needs.
• Establish and optimize procurement processes, track KPIs, and control budgets.
• Lead manufacturing and delivery process improvements.
• Manage a small team and work cross-functionally with other departments.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain roles within global high-tech or industrial sectors.
• BA/MBA in a relevant field.
• Strong background in electronics components sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Expertise in contract management, procurement strategies, and market analysis.
• Familiarity with the Priority ERP system (advantageous).
