Project Manager (Information Technology) - Relocation to Ghana

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex ICT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven experience in managing large-scale, integrative ICT initiatives across diverse sectors, with a focus on delivering first-time-right solutions and exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of ICT projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop comprehensive project roadmaps.
• Oversee systems development, integration, and deployment on a turnkey basis or for individual components.
• Manage teams of multidisciplinary experts to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Provide outsourcing and continuous support services for ICT operations.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to deliver solutions in diverse regions, including Africa, Asia, and South America.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout project lifecycles.

Required Qualifications

Education

A degree in one of the following disciplines from a recognized university:

• Computer Science
• Computer Engineering
• Information Systems
• Electrical Engineering
• Electronics Engineering
• Physics
• Mathematics
• Institutions such as Technion, Tel Aviv University, Ben-Gurion University, or equivalent institutions abroad are highly regarded.

Experience

• 5–10 years of relevant experience post-graduation (excluding student positions).
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following domains:
• IT Integrated Solutions
• ERP Systems
• Data Centers
• Cloud Computing/Storage
• Cybersecurity
• Communications
• Proven experience in managing technical projects from conception to completion.
• Extensive international exposure, with experience in Africa, Asia, or South America being a significant advantage.

Preferred Background

• Previous roles such as Technical Director, Project Manager, or Technical Lead.
