About The Role

• Responsibility over all financial, accounting, and tax matters of the company.
• Review over all financial tasks of the company: billing, collection, salaries, payments to vendors, and other month-closing procedures.
• Cash flow management, including intercompany funding and foreign currency management.
• Financial analysis and reporting - monthly operational & management reports, quarterly financial statements, and annual tax returns.
• Develop and improve company work processes, policies, and compliance to support company objectives and growth.
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting system processes, tools, and controls.

The must

• 4+ years experience in a finance position in the high-tech industry, or at a Big-4 accounting firm.
• CPA with big-4 accounting firm experience.
• Excellent understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical capabilities and business understanding.
• Superior Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems - must. Netsuite is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• A hands-on approach, with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and constantly improve the finance cycle.
• Fluent English.
