CRM Systems Analysis Team Leader

We are looking for a hands-on CRM Systems Analysis Team Leader to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Direct management of a team of CRM system analysts, combined with hands-on system analysis work
• Professional leadership of implemented solutions and design documents, including mentoring and professional development of team members
• Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the implementation process, including go-live and adoption
• Serve as a key liaison with business departments and senior management
• Prioritize and manage team tasks according to dynamic organizational needs
• Ensure scope, timelines, and deliverable quality are met

Requirements:

• Proven experience in directly managing a systems analysis team
• At least 2 years of experience writing specification documents (High-Level & Detailed Design) for Dynamics 365 CRM, including hands-on implementation
• Ability to work independently and drive processes in a multi-interface environment
• Dynamic approach with the ability to deliver quick and effective solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of motivation
• Relevant academic degree and/or Systems Analysis course – an advantage
