Salesforce Development Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Development Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of Salesforce Developers and collaborate closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions. You should have a strong background in Salesforce development, project management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

·        Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, training, and support.

·        Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and design Salesforce solutions.

·        Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications and components.

·        Manage and prioritize development tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

·        Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide support for end-users.

·        Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and new features, implementing them as needed.

·        Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

·        Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or equivalent certifications.

·        Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

·        Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.

·        Excellent communication and leadership skills.

·        Experience leading or managing a team of developers.

·        Proficiency in Salesforce integration, data migration, and customization.

·        Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

·        Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.

·        Experience working with customers, the ability to define both business and technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification.

·        Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Community Cloud.

·        Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

·        Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

·        Familiarity with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.

·        Understanding of data modeling and database design.

·        Experience working with customers, the ability to define both business and technical requirements.
