ETL Developer

A large, innovative healthcare organization is looking for an ETL Developer to join our Data team – a great opportunity to take part in meaningful work that truly makes an impact.

📍 Full-time | Central Israel | Hybrid work model

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain advanced ETL processes, real-time streaming, and system integrations.
• Data processing and enrichment using ElasticSearch, including index management and complex queries.
• Work with both relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB), including performance optimization and pipeline building.
• Develop data solutions and write data-processing code in Python.
• Collaborate closely with BI, Data Science, and IT development teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer / ETL Developer
• Proven experience with one or more of the following:
• Apache Spark / NiFi / Flink – must.
• Strong Python development skills for data flows and processing.
• Deep understanding of Data Architecture and Big Data infrastructures.
