System Analyst

AFI, a successful and global real estate company, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in financial systems. This is a dynamic and challenging role within a fast-paced environment, offering opportunities to lead meaningful projects and work with a global team.  Frequent Travel | Hybrid/On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and design system solutions across a variety of domains

- Write detailed specifications and functional design documents

- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers

- Lead implementation, onboarding, and support of various projects

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst

- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One

- Proven experience in systems integration

- Strong technical writing, especially in drafting specification documents

- BA in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering

Significant advantage:

- Background in financial systems

- High-level English (written and verbal)

- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, service orientation

- Ability to manage and lead projects independently and communicate effectively, written and verbal
