Job Opening: Desktop Support Technician

We’re looking for a Desktop Support Technician to provide day-to-day desktop support (local and remote), troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist users across various platforms. You’ll handle tickets, communicate solutions, and ensure consistent service in collaboration with your team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Level 1 & 2 support for Windows desktops, basic Mac support, and authorized apps
• Troubleshoot hardware, printers, network connectivity, and AV issues
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams
• Support mobile device management (iOS/Android)

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of IT support experience
• Knowledge of Windows 7–10, AD, Office 365, and ticketing systems
• CompTIA A+ or MCP preferred
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with enterprise antivirus, encryption, GPOs, and smart devices
