What will you do?

As a key driver in our startup, you’ll lead the design and development of robust, scalable backend systems that power our cutting-edge automated retail solutions using Robotics, ML, AI, Gen-AI and Big-Data. We’re looking for a strong technical developer who will champion clean code and architecture standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Build robust, scalable and reliable backend systems from scratch
• Uphold high standards in backend code quality and system architecture
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of backend systems
• Collaborate with our Software Architect and other team members to design backend solutions that address business and technical challenges

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience as a senior software developer
• Proven track record of delivering scalable products and building software from scratch
• Hands-on experience with Java and the JVM ecosystem (Kotlin experience is a bonus)
• Hands-on experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem
• Strong proficiency in database management (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Hands-on experience working in cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
• Solid understanding of system security, scalability, and reliability
• Experience with integrating and deploying machine learning models as part of backend infrastructure
