Job Opportunity: SAP HCM Solution Architect – Israel
We're looking for an experienced SAP HCM Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of an on-premise SAP HCM and Time & Attendance solution.
Key Details:
- Location: Israel (Hebrew speaker required)
- Work Type: Full-time
- On-site Presence: 2–3 days/week at customer site
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end SAP HCM architecture and integrations (e.g., Payroll)
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Oversee system configuration, customization, and development
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
