Product Manager – Payments & Financial Operations.

About the Role :

Lead the Fintech products in HAAT, driving innovation and adoption. Optimize and scale payment processes to enhance reliability and security. Develop financial automation tools and integrations to streamline invoicing and financial reports. Lead and enhance the cash management solution. Ensure compliance and financial accuracy in reporting and transaction flows. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and engineering teams. Monitor and improve financial KPIs, driving efficiency and cost optimization.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience in payments, e-wallet, fintech, or financial

operations.

• Leads a cross-functional team to implement innovative solutions to complex business

challenges.

• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to translate financial needs into scalable product solutions.
• Problem-solver with a bias for execution in fast-moving environments.
• Project management skills: organized, efficient, and goal-oriented.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
