About the Role

We're looking for an experienced fund manager to join our alternative investments team and take the lead in managing our Fund of Funds (FOF). Responsibilities:

• Management of a Fund of Funds (FOF) investment fund in the field of alternative investments.
• Ongoing management of the investment portfolio: monitoring the performance of the funds, analyzing quarterly reports, and examining compliance with predefined goals and criteria.
• Operation and valuations of the funds Participation in investment committees.
• Interfaces with fund managers and investors.
• Assistance in business development and recruiting investors for the fund, including preparing marketing materials and activities with private and institutional investors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics / Business Administration / Accounting / Law - mandatory. Master's degree (MBA or relevant) - a significant advantage.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in analysis and investments in alternative funds, FOF funds, or in a relevant business/institutional entity.

Personal Skills:

• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to make independent decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, with the ability to manage relationships with partners in both Israel and internationally.
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English, including strong written verbal communication.
