Automation Engineer

A stealth-mode startup company developing a cutting-edge Data infrastructure platform that integrates with game APIs (not related to gambling), with the goal of creating a unique and immersive gaming experience.

Founded in 2022, the company is building an innovative Data infrastructure solution for the Online Social Gaming industry. Operating under the radar to maintain a competitive edge, they launched their first product in the U.S. in 2023 and have been profitable and well-received ever since. The founders are experienced technologists with a strong track record in the global gaming space, having successfully built and sold companies in the past.

The company currently employs 60 people, most of whom are in R&D. They are based in Tel Aviv, near a train station.

This is a hands-on QA role that combines manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on automation. You’ll be part of a collaborative team working on a high-scale B2C product in production, built for mobile platforms. The testing stack includes Playwright and Appium, with test automation written in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

Requirements:

● 3 years of QA experience in B2C products.

● Proficiency in manual testing and automated testing tools such as Playwright Appium, or equivalent.

● Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.

● Experience in testing mobile apps and web platforms, particularly under high user load conditions.

● Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.

● Familiarity with QA methodologies, including the documentation of testing processes.

● Experience in B2C companies serving millions of users.
