What You'll Be Doing

Develop and lead the company's data and analytics strategy

Manage a team of three analysts

Conduct in-depth analysis of B2B and B2C data to uncover user behavior and preferences

Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Marketing teams to drive data-driven initiatives

Present key insights and strategic recommendations to company leadership

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing data/analytics teams

Hands-on experience working with both B2B and B2C data

Strong background in working with Big Data

Strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
