We are recruiting a CRM Systems Analyst for a financial company located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for CRM systems, specifically Dynamics 365.

-Write high-level and detailed design documents for system implementation.

-Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).

-Provide ongoing support for CRM users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Requirements:

2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, including writing functional specifications (High level and Detail design) for Dynamics 365
Experience in a long-term savings/financial organization - an advantage
Experience with CRM Dynamics 365 implementation - an advantage
Relevant academic degree / Systems Analysis certification - an advantage
