We are looking for an Infrastructure Team Leader to join a large medical organization in the North of Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage a team of system and communications professionals, ensuring high performance and efficiency

-Oversee the configuration, management, and optimization of VMware environments

-Manage and maintain storage systems, ensuring data integrity and availability

-Administer and optimize Microsoft Exchange environments

-Ensure the security of infrastructure systems, implementing robust data protection processes

Requirements:

5 years of experience in managing system and communication teams
Experience with VMware environments
Experience working with storage systems
Experience working with Microsoft Exchange
Experience in infrastructure security, including data protection processes, design, and implementation of disaster recovery (DR) plans
