We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Platform Engineer to take ownership of our critical infrastructure, ensuring scalability, cost-effectiveness, and high performance. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is eager to drive technological innovation.

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will:

• Own and evolve our critical infrastructure architecture, ensuring it is robust and scalable.
• Optimize for cost-efficiency while maintaining high availability and performance.
• Champion best practices in infrastructure management, automation, and deployment.
• Drive engineering excellence and help improve team velocity.
• Think creatively to solve complex engineering challenges and introduce technological innovations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through open discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Develop and enhance microservices and internal infrastructure tools.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a hands-on platform/infrastructure engineer.
• Expertise in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, C#, Java, Scala, Kotlin, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code tools and SOLID principles.
• Experience working with large-scale cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in DevOps practices and monitoring tools for cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on experience in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record of working in high-growth startup environments with a mindset for scalability and reliability.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Kafka, Spark, and OpenSearch.
  
  

• Experience with big data formats such as Parquet, Avro, Delta Lake, or Iceberg.
• Hands-on experience managing and evolving Kubernetes clusters, including leading Kubernetes adoption.
