We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team. In this role, you will support a wide range of legal activities across the company’s global operations - from commercial contracts and corporate matters to labor law, intellectual property, compliance, and more. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to build a career in a dynamic, high-impact environment, working closely with senior stakeholders and helping shape Sygnia’s next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the review, drafting, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreement.
• Assist with corporate legal matters across Sygnia’s international entities, including company secretarial tasks and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance and delivery, to provide practical legal support on day-to-day issues.
• Help develop and implement internal policies, templates, and legal processes.
• Grow into a trusted internal resource for legal questions across the company.
  
  

• Qualified attorney in Israel
• 1–2 years of post-internship experience from a commercial, high-tech, corporate or M&A department of a leading law firm or as in-house counsel.
• Strong interest in commercial and tech-related legal matters.
• Excellent analytical and drafting skills, with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written) – required.
• A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills, eager to learn and grow.
