What you'll do:

• Build, manage, and mentor a growing engineering team with a people-first culture.
• Lead technical strategy and roadmap execution, balancing high-quality standards with fast-paced startup delivery.
• Ensure robust, scalable architecture for our AI-driven healthcare solutions, proactively managing technical debts.
• Champion best-in-class production standards, including code quality, thorough testing, and efficient deployment processes.
• Foster transparency through clear communication about projects, tasks, and challenges.
• Oversee secure and compliant cloud infrastructure (AWS), ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Be an integral part of our founding team
  
  

• 7+ years of proven hands-on production-grade development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs
• Experience with scalable infrastructure and cloud providers.
• Experience with large-scale SaaS production services, databases, and Big Data.
• Experience implementing and managing DevOps practices and CI/CD architecture.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, data pipelines, and MLOps
• Experience building products that revolve around data ingest and analytics.
• Strong technical craft mastery and engineering discipline.
