Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of Salesforce-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects within Salesforce environments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Familiarity with Salesforce applications is an advantage, but not a requirement. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring optimal performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end management of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines, including resource allocation and risk management.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing client needs or unforeseen challenges.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with technical teams, external vendors, and consultants as required.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and client expectations.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience managing Salesforce projects or similar CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
• Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Preferred:

• Experience in Salesforce implementation and integration projects.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile project management principles and tools.
